What we're all about:
We feel that we offer a unique approach to the way workplace safety should be managed.
From the first meeting with our new clients, we have two goals in mind:
· What do you need?
· How can we help?
Business Conduct
Sound and ethical business practices are the keystones of our business. We believe that if we are not operating in a professional and socially responsible manner, then we simply are not doing business the right way.
Our position on how business should be conducted is also an important part of how we select the clients that we work with and we commit to honouring each of our guiding business principles as we develop relationships with our clients.
We seek to build meaningful business relationships with companies that:
· Value their workers
· Believe that, if stakeholders are given the right resources, the vast majority of workplace incidents and injuries can be prevented
· Commit to environmental conservation and limit their environmental impact, where possible
· Seek to develop and implement “better ways” to conduct business
We strive to be the service provider of choice for the solutions that we are hired for. We are not looking to provide a service or product that offers little follow-up or is poorly implemented.
In our opinion, the results of well implemented safety systems are witnessed organization-wide. Improvements are realized in reduced incident rates, a reduction in unplanned equipment downtime, improved communication, and increased supervisory involvement.
Poorly implemented safety systems often cause confusion and can even become a point of contention among those that the system is intended to serve. Frankly, that is not what we want to be known for. As a rule, we try to focus on implementing one aspect of a system at a time to ensure that it is effective before moving on to the next one.

We endeavour to add value to our clients' safety management systems by working together to create safety solutions that are specific to their needs.
These solutions may be streamlined and simplified or innovative and unique to the specific company that we are working with. If we don't need to re-invent the wheel, we won't. However, that doesn't mean that we can't if we have to. Visit the our services page to details on what we can offer your company.
Before initiating a project or service agreement, we will conduct an in-person meeting with all prospective clients.
Our business relationships begin with a signed letter of intent that will outline the project or recurring service that is required from us and also how these products or services will be delivered to our clients. Each of the items that have been established are guaranteed to be delivered within the agreement made in the letter of intent.
